Red stage-lights hover in the space, there are candles and sounds of hearts beating, two performers in white sit on carpets: one talks soundlessly with a cow skull, the other whispers into a microphone in an unrecognizable, broken language. The audience is invited to explore the space and to look through a book of drawings lying on a carpet. This work presents the shape of my attempts and failures to unshackle each being from their binary existence and language, coming face to face with the in-between situation of believing in the post-humanist idea that one’s binary mindsets can be blurred, while living within a place of unreachable communication.
